Your project begins with a visit to our showroom, where you can meet our team and explore material options.
You then book a site visit so we can take measurements and discuss your design goals in detail.
Based on the information gathered, we provide a preliminary price range for your project.
If the ballpark estimate aligns with your expectations, we collect a $500–$750 design fee. This fee varies depending on the amount of CAD drawings or other specification work required.
$500 – $750 Design FeeWe schedule a follow‑up visit with our contractor manager to review the project, answer questions, and finalize key details.
With your designer, you'll make final selections such as countertops, sinks, faucets, tile, and other finishes.
We prepare and present a detailed final bid that includes labor, materials, and scope of work for your approval.
If you choose to move forward, we draft a comprehensive contract that outlines all details, pictures, warranties, and agreed‑upon start dates.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we place all material orders.
We typically allow 4–6 weeks between contract signing and the project start date to ensure everything is ready.
4–6 Weeks Lead TimeFrom demolition to final installation, the construction phase usually takes 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Our project manager visits your job site regularly and communicates with you about times and dates throughout — no surprises!
4–8 Weeks ConstructionAfter all work is completed and every detail meets your satisfaction, the final payment is collected.
